Designing production systems to scale creativity and efficiency.      @SunsetDDB       year. 2020
In a high-volume agency environment, creative quality depends as much on structure as on talent.
As Post-Production Coordinator at SunsetDDB, I led the post-production team and acted as the connection point between creative teams and the agency’s integrated in-house production team

The Challenge
The in-house post-production team was composed of four editors and motion designers, supporting multiple clients with very different needs, timelines, and levels of complexity.
The challenge was to manage workload, reduce rework, and improve delivery efficiency, while structuring the team to operate as part of a scalable in-house production unit.
The Idea
As part of a larger plan to strengthen the agency’s in-house production capabilities, I helped design a client-based hub system.
Each editor and motion designer became responsible for a specific group of clients, according to experience level and client demands. This created clear ownership over processes and deliveries, while still allowing flexibility for team members to support other client groups when needed.
Role & Execution
As Post-Production Coordinator, I was responsible for the post-production team and workflow across the agency.
I structured the client hubs, aligned each professional to a dedicated group of clients, and established clear processes between creative, production, and post-production teams. Acting as the main point of connection between creation and integrated in-house production, I helped ensure alignment, clarity, and efficient decision-making.
In addition to coordination and system design, I remained hands-on, stepping into editing and motion tasks whenever necessary to support delivery and maintain quality.

Creative & Operational Approach
The system balanced ownership and collaboration.
By assigning clear responsibility to each professional, we reduced misalignment and rework, improved turnaround times, and increased accountability. Cross-hub collaboration ensured flexibility during peak demands without compromising process clarity.
Outcome
The new structure improved workload distribution, delivery speed, and overall efficiency across post-production.
It also supported the agency’s long-term vision for a more autonomous and scalable in-house production model, strengthening collaboration between creative, production, and post-production teams.
