Hi, I'm Pam. I craft visuals.
Along the way, I've worked motion and art direction with creative houses and companies that shaped my vision a little bit each — Crispin, Imbev, Globo, Warner Bros., Africa Creative, Design Bridge and Partners, among others.
In 2020, I landed at the former SunsetDDB (now DM9), leading a post-production team of four — the job where I learned structure is a creative decision.
This plural journey also shaped the spirit of this {gallery/cosmos} portfolio I call Balaio: a place where mixing isn’t chaos, but curation. Where references, techniques, and styles coexist, collide, and reorganize themselves into new forms.
Today, I work remotely with cool clients and friends worldwide.
