Hi, I'm Pam. I'm a creative and motion director driven by craft and experimentation.
My path has taken me through very different environments, which taught me to think across visual languages. I led post-production at the former SunsetDDB (now DM9), directing teams and collaborating with Globo, Warner Bros. Discovery, Africa Creative, Mutato, Design Bridge and Partners, and other creative houses that sharpened both my craft and my eye for what makes a project cohere.
This plural journey also shaped the spirit of this {gallery/cosmos} portfolio I call Balaio: a place where mixing isn’t chaos, but curation. Where references, techniques and styles coexist, collide and reorganize themselves into new forms.
Today, I work remotely, creating visuals for cool clients and friends worldwide.
