Hi, I'm Pam. I shape visual stories.
For 10+ years, I've worked across motion, art direction, and creative development for brands and teams including Crispin, AB InBev, Globo, Warner Bros. Discovery, Africa Creative, Design Bridge and Partners, and others.
I like working where concept, visual language, and execution meet. I help shape ideas, establish visual direction, build systems, and bring the right people together to move a project forward.
At SunsetDDB, I led a post-production team of four — an experience that taught me one of the things I value most today: good creative leadership is as much about creating clarity as it is about having ideas.
Balaio grew from that same belief.
It's a portfolio, but also a way of working: bringing different references, disciplines, techniques, and influences into the same space, then finding the logic that makes them belong together.
The mix is the point.
Today, I work remotely with clients and creative teams around the world, moving between direction, design, motion, and the occasional beautiful mess in between.
